Developer Privacy

Last updated: 14 July 2026. How the Maiaddy Developer Platform handles data about you as a developer.

What we collect

When you use the Maiaddy Developer Platform, Maiaddy Ltd. processes:

  • Account details — the name, email address, and profile information associated with the Maiaddy ID you sign in with.
  • API-key usage metrics — request counts, quota consumption, and related technical logs for the keys you create, used for metering, analytics shown in your console, and abuse prevention.
  • Billing information — plan selection and payment records needed to operate paid plans.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the platform: authenticating you, metering and enforcing plan quotas, billing, showing you usage analytics, securing the Services, and contacting you about your account or service changes. We do not sell developer data.

End users and telemetry

Anonymous traffic telemetry collected by the Maimaps SDKs relates to your application’s end users, not to you as a developer — it contains no identifiers of any kind and cannot be linked to a person or device. What it is and how end users can opt out is described in the Maimaps Telemetry notice at https://maps.maiaddy.com/telemetry; your obligations around it are in the Developer Terms.

Retention and security

We keep developer account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, and we protect it with industry-standard measures including encryption and access controls.

The broader Maiaddy privacy policy

For anything beyond the developer platform — including your rights over your personal data and how Maiaddy products handle it — see the company privacy policy at https://maiaddy.com/privacy-policy.
